No pain, No gain 

This project is about Bodybuilding.'Kneet's GYM' is a well known place in Holland where the best bodybuilders meet up to train together for the competitions Mr/Ms Universe.

They work out in the morning at eight, finish at ten and then sleep the whole day to recover for another session in the evening. 24/7 these people pay notice to their food and lifestyle. I worked out with them, went to small competitions and in the end photographed backstage at the Mr/Ms Universe 2007 in Cuxhaven, GER.
